JOHN ROBERT DELLER - President, Secretary & Director

Mr. "Robert"  Deller has over 32 years Wall Street financial experience in managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals, city municipalities and trusts. His career began in 1983 as Senior Vice President and partner for the investment advisory firm of Noroian and Associates. Mr. Deller assumed direct investment management responsibilities for over $30 Million in ERISA mandated funds.
Robert Deller was previously employed with Dean Witter Reynolds, Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards, Kemper Securities and Prudential Securities  serving as an account executive before establishing his own Registered Investment Advisory firm and Insurance Agency, Desert Capital Management Group, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Deller sold Desert Capital in December of 2012 just prior to joining Blackstone Oil and Gas, Inc.
Robert Deller is also a past Director and Secretary of South Coast Oil Corporation and former Director and CFO of Brazil Fire Entertainment. He holds a BS degree in Speech and Political Science from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

PETER LAEHY - Director & Consultant

June 2003 - Present:  President/CEO, Pacific Energy Solutions, Irvine, CA Design, build and operate renewable and waste fuel energy plants, natural gas and oil operation infrastructure systems, and other key operation special projects management. Focus on the oil and gas operator market, oil field infrastructure, design, build, utilizing waste gas to produce energy. Strong affiliations with CA-IOU's, Co-Op utilities, Energy managers, and Oil operators. Oilfield power efficiency solutions providing oil and water well pump efficiency products to increase energy efficiencies on oilfield operation and energy use.

January 2000 - November 2002: President/CEO, Pacific LNG Systems, Inc., Irvine, CA Liquification Plant to produce LNG for natural gas transport. Developed business and financial plan, corporate development, and market relationships. Recruited and hired an experienced and qualified executive team to implement project and corporate growth. Directed design and development of complete turnkey small scale LNG Processing Plant and associated infrastructure. Attained long-term lang lease options on permitted site for LNG plant and storage. Created strategic relationships with OEM's for cryogenic equipment, LNG gas processing system, processing plant/site engineers and contractors. Developed relationships with interstate natural gas suppliers. Developed interfacing systems with digester gas and waste gas supply.

July 1995 - 1999: Principal, Intuitive Performance, Irvine, CA. Partial list of clients included Thermal Technologies, Lockheed Martin, DOE: INEEL, Life O2 International, Microtron Sciences, Pacific LNG Systems, Edge Capital Group, US Energy Conservation Corporation, Magness Petroleum Company, New Millennium Power. Performed market feasibility analysis, due diligence and business planning/development services. Developed marketing and sales plans, financial projections: Plan, Review and Analysis. Design, develop and build self generation power systems. Project Development/Technology demonstration, addressed manufacture planning, identified key components, technical review, resource identification, cost, time and implementation analysis.

1990 - 1995: Executive Vice President/COO/Director, Green Technologies, Inc., Boulder, CO Managed funding of $5.2 million in equity financing and $5 million in debt working capital. Directed strategic planning and managed 4 direct reports including the VP of Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing. Led company from start-up to over $30 million in sales within 36 months. Directed design/implementation of state-of-the-art consumer electronic manufacturing facility and automated systems. Directed development and implementation of TQM, cycle reduction, production phasing and JIT programs. Reduced offshore manufacturing costs by 30%. Directed product design and development of consumer and industrial products for concept, patents, design for manufacturability, tooling and production. Won consumer product of the year two consecutive years in the Home Center and Hardware Markets. Achieved sales of over 60,000 units per month. Directed national Sales and Marketing that included National TV, store merchandising and in-house and external sales/service organization with distribution in over 3,800 stores within 14 months of product launch. Directed Marketing and Sales programs for national Electric Utility's DSM programs.

KARN MYERS - Director & Treasurer

Karn Myers serves as the Treasurer for Blackstone Oil & Gas and joined the Board of Directors in October of 2016. Karn also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Blackstone Oil for several years.
Karn was an Entertainment Executive working for a special effects company and her time there included a project for the movie Titanic. It was during this project that she discovered the feral cat problem which exists in Los Angeles. This experience inspired Karn to co-found FixNation in July of 2007 with her late husband, Mark Dodge.
Karn has served as the Executive Director and CFO of the non-profit organization FixNation since its inception. Karn is also a member on the organization's Board of Directors since 2009. FixNation serves the Los Angeles area in reducing the feral cat population through the process of Trap-Neuter-Return and also offers low-cost services to the pet cat owner.
Karn has extensive experience in the business world having served as an Executive Assistant to Chief Executives of various industries, both domestic and international. Karn's other business experience includes officer training at First Interstate Bank, serving as a Real Estate agent, office management and office technology skills.

MARK PAULINO - Director & Consultant

Mark began his career in retail securities trading over 25 years ago and was consistently one of the top retail producers. In 1999, Mr. Paulino founded Hennessey Financial and serves as the CEO, overseeing the management of the company's operations and clients. Mark served as a Director of P.E.I. and continues that role for Global Vest since the acquisition of the P.E.I. in 1998. Mr. Paulino currently serves as a board member with Blackstone Oil & Gas, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from Arizona State University.

STEVEN J. SOGARD - Consultant

Steven J. Sogard, individually and through GlobalVest Corporation, a consulting firm based in Arizona, serves as a consultant to the Manager. Mr. Sogard has advised on the Fund's formation, governance structure, marketing and business plan. He is expected to continue in such roles in the future.
Mr. Sogard has over 29 years of experience in business and financial consulting services, including experience with real estate and oil and gas companies, Mr. Sogard has worked with a wide variety of companies in his career and due to the nature of his consulting and brokerage businesses, he has often been working on more than one project at the same time.
Mr. Sogard has also served on the board directors of several different enterprises. From 2006 through Present, Mr. Sogard has been lead consultant through GlobalVest Corporation for Hammerhead Managing Partners and Blackstone Oil & Gas, Inc. From 2005 until 2007, Mr. Sogard was a registered principal, branch manager and financial consultant for Brookstreet Securities.
From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Sogard was the lead consultant, in preparing South Coast Oil Corporation for a future strategic transaction such as a rollup financing, IPO, merger or acquisition. He worked extensively in several different legal and financial areas of the project, including recruiting a board of directors and conforming corporate governance practices. In addition, Mr. Sogard advised on the acquisition of a multi-million dollar oil and gas production facility.
From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Sogard was a senior vice-president at Fox & Company Investments, a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Sogard was president and CEO of Performance Financial Center LLC, a real estate development and leasing company in Phoenix, Arizona, and from 1989 to 1991, Mr. Sogard was president of Cenpac Securities Corporation, an Arizona-based NASD Broker-Dealer.
Since 1997, Mr. Sogard has been a member of the Board of Directors of GlobalVest Corporation, a consulting and management services company.
Since 1991, Mr. Sogard has been president and CEO of Glacier Realty Corporation, a Colorado-based real estate business that has sold property and luxury condominiums located in resort properties in Telluride, Colorado. Mr. Sogard received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University in 1981.
